The Action Plan – After the Initial Consultation we can sit down and formulate an Action Plan that will define how much of the “hard work” – the decluttering, packing, depersonalizing and cleaning you want us to do. We will decide on a timeframe and provide a written quote according to your budgetary requirements.

3. Staging Your Home – We have now completed the Initial Consultation, worked through the Action Plan, now it’s time to SHOWCASE your home! We’ll create an attractive and inviting atmosphere throughout your entire home that will appeal to any buyer. Working with what you already have in your home or providing you with items and accessories, our goal is to leave you with a showcased house that is big on impact and small on cost.
